The FIX

Service Description

The FIX is designed to help individuals who are actively working on projects and are experiencing challenges or need a confidence booster, or even someone to validate thought processes. You must have an active project for this appointment. The FIX is less about the type of project and more about what challenges you, as the Project Manager is experiencing, some of the challenges include:- difficulties moving projects along, challenges managing project admin work, scope creep from customers and clients, communication and facilitation breakdown, establishing project governance structures and control, project recovery individual skill enhancement and practice and more. It is recommended that sessions are booked depending on the length of your project, e.x. a 3 month project should have roughly 4 to 6 appointments in order to drive effective results.
